In most instances yes. Janelle Culbert is a Registered Massage Therapist with the Massage Therapists Association of Alberta and also an Osteopathic Manual Therapist with the National Manual Osteopathic Society. Most insurance plans that cover paramedical services also cover Massage Therapy & Osteopathic Services.
Can I direct bill my appointment?
Yes, We can direct bill for Massage Therapy for most insurance companies.
At this time Osteopathic services are not available for direct billing. (Green shield direct billing is now available)
Do I need a doctors referral?
Not at all. Some insurance companies may request a referral for coverage, but we do not require them for the appointment.

janelle culbert Domt, rmtJanelle is an Osteopathic Manual Therapist as well as a Registered Massage Therapist. She began her journey to unlocking the human body in 2009 with Alberta Massage Training and then the Alberta College of Massage Therapy attaining her Diploma of Massage Therapy and has taken many courses and hours of training focusing on injury and chronic pain. In July of '22 she graduated from the National Manual Osteopathic College with Honors & Distinction. After gaining experience in a physiotherapy clinic for a number of years, treating many different injuries and patients, she decided that it was time to start her own manual therapy clinic.
