MANUAL OSTEOPATHY APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
New Patients are required to book an initial assessment and a one week follow up (1/2 hour follow up appointment will be booked automatically).
If there are no new patient appointment times available, please fill out the form below. DO NOT book as an existing patient to snag an earlier appointment. If a new patient books as an existing patient, the appointment will be deleted.
We will contact you after receiving your appointment request form once we have an appointment available for you.
Referrals from other health professionals may be taken in sooner than private patients depending on severity of injury/complaint.

WHat to bring
- A copy of any imaging or reports that are relevant for your appointment (you may also email janelle@riviatherapeutics.com)
- A copy of any prescribed exercises/stretches if possible
- Clothes that you can move in
- Insurance Card
- Payment methods accepted: Direct Billing, Debit, Credit, Google & Apple Pay, E-transfer (janelle@riviatherapeutics.com), Exact Cash. Cheques are not accepted.
what does the first appointment look like?
- Whole body assessment based on your complaints/concerns
- Determine treatment plan of action based on assessment findings to address your complaints/concerns.
- Treatment - A variety of techniques may be used to optimize your treatment based on your complaints/concerns & the assessment
- Education - Practitioner will provide client education about techniques used, why certain areas are targeted and talk about prevention at home.
- End of treatment - Overview of what was worked on, outcomes to expected and preventative measures (homecare - exercises and stretches, heat/cold therapies etc...)
- Confirm follow up appointment
