New Patients
All new patients must book an initial assessment. A follow up will be booked for you 1-2 weeks after your initial assessment.

We are not accepting new patients. Please fill out the waitlist form and as soon as there is an appointment available for you we will be in touch.
Our Initial Assessment consists of a full body assessment to provide an accurate treatment plan. Please bring relevant medical imaging results with you and answer the intake form to the best of your abilities. This will ensure that we have the most accurate information to provide you with the best service.
During the assessment, you will be educated about your condition and provided with homecare advice. To ensure the best results, make sure to attend a follow up session.
