I'm a Lloydminster local who embarked on a journey into alternative health therapies back in 2009. Over the years, I've dedicated myself to advancing in this field beginning with my Diploma of Massage Therapy from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy. Driven by a passion for holistic healing, I continued my education and proudly earned my Diploma of Manual Osteopathy with Honors & Distinction from the National Manual Osteopathic College in July 2022.

Throughout my career, I've immersed myself in specialized areas such as Sport, Injury & Chronic Pain. This journey of learning has been enriched by numerous courses and training sessions, each contributing to my expertise in providing effective and personalized care to my clients.

What sets my approach apart is my commitment to working closely with each client. I believe that real healing begins with understanding and collaboration. By developing tailored treatment plans and incorporating achievable exercises, I empower my clients to take control of their wellness journey and achieve their desired outcomes.
